IVC-8 Injector valves commutator is designed for cleaning and flow check of electrical fuel injectors. When cleaning the fuel injectors we use an ultrasonic bath having the fuel injectors put inside, connected to the IVC8. IVC8 can operate in two different modes. At the first mode the commutation frequency of injectors can be set from 100 to 4500 revolutions per minute . At the second mode the communication frequency can be set from 1000 to 7000 revolutions per minute.

At two operating modes the opening time of injector valves is constantly set. We set the frequency from the rotary cnob on the front panel. The commutation of the fuel injector causes the penetration of the cleaning liquid close to the needle. Up to 8 injectors can be connected simultaneously with different impedance ranging from 1-18 Ohm.

IVC-8L Injector valves commutator, possessed the same functions as IVC8. IVC8L gives opportunity to change the opening time of injector valves. The frequency and opening time of injector valves are displayed on two LED indicators.
